Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in a customer or client service role with significant public contact and regular computer use.
• OR six months or more of work experience in the Vermont Department of Motor Vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Process applications for motor vehicle registrations, driver licenses and IDs.
• Review, verify and code information; handle large sums of money accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service and multi-task under pressure.
• Collaborate with team and travel to assist during staffing shortages.
