Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of technical clerical office work or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with DMV processes is a plus.
• Typing speed of at least 50 wpm with minimal errors.

Responsibilities

• Respond to questions via phone, mail, or in person from customers and LO’s.
• Process title transactions and corrections; handle lien titles and related tasks.
• Verify court orders and ensure proper documentation.
• Balance cash daily and handle store cash responsibly.
• Provide training to staff and proctor CDL exams (CCKE certified).
• Assist in projects and cross-train across divisions as needed.
