Job summary

Audi Calabasas powered by Lithia & Driveway is seeking a DMV Specialist to ensure accuracy and timeliness of out-of-state title processing. This in-person role is based in Calabasas, Monday–Friday, with a pay range of $30–$32 per hour.

You will coordinate DMV paperwork, communicate with vendors and state DMVs, and handle plate shipments while providing regular status updates to customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Sense of urgency and customer service background required.
• Time management and attention to detail essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Working knowledge of nationwide DMV processes and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure DMV paperwork is completed accurately before submission.
• Coordinate delivery of DMV paperwork to vendors or state DMVs.
• Process correction requests and obtain necessary documents from customers/internal partners.
• Communicate with vendors and DMVs to obtain status updates.
• Follow up with internal partners for missing items for DMV submissions.
• Coordinate shipment of plates to customers and provide timely updates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
