Job summary

The Colorado Department of Revenue (CDOR) is seeking an DMV Advisor/Greeter for the Aurora Driver License Office. You will welcome customers, direct them to the right services, and help streamline the check-in process to improve wait times and overall customer experience.

You will be the first point of contact for customers, coordinating with staff, assisting with kiosks and online portals, and supporting office operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or receptionist work (minimum 1 year).
• Ability to communicate clearly and assist customers effectively.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at the Aurora DMV office and direct them to appropriate services.
• Check customers in for appointments and manage the flow at the front desk.
• Assist customers with appointment kiosks, the website, and other DMV services.
• Maintain a clean and organized greeter/advisor area and support staff as needed.
• Provide basic administrative support to the Driver License office.
