Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree not needed.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% to branch locations, training, or related activities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct customer transactions using official systems.
• Answer questions and provide clear guidance to Hoosiers.
• Assist with opening and closing the branch as needed.
• Verify transactions for accuracy, timeliness, and correct accounting.
• Collaborate with leadership to resolve escalated concerns and system issues.
• Process applications and maintain orderly records throughout the day.
