Customer Service Representatives are the frontline contact for the Bureau of Motor Vehicles. You will provide timely and accurate customer service utilizing good communication skills, computer skills, and on-the-job training. You will assist Hoosiers with a broad scope of BMV needs. A degree is not required. However, a High School Diploma or High School Equivalent (HSE) and customer service experience applying the outlined knowledge, skills, and abilities in a similar role may be considered.
