Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced DMV Compliance and Training Specialist to support dealership networks in Kentucky. You will train personnel on Vitu usage, review DMV processes with management, and monitor compliance with EVR, RIA, and DMV fee calculations.

This role requires strong communication with executives and independent work capability. Responsibilities include auditing compliance, responding to complex DMV questions, and identifying upsell opportunities while maintaining excellent

Qualifications

• Experience with Reports of Sale and DMV documents for both new and used vehicles.
• Experience with DMV accounting and bundle reconciliation.
• EVR program knowledge (E-filing).
• Knowledge of DMV regulations pertaining to registration processing.
• Experience with Chrome and Firefox configuration and settings.
• Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Drive effectively.
• Ability to communicate with high-level executives and dealership management.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Travel up to 150 miles.

Responsibilities

• Train dealership personnel on the use of Vitu.
• Meet with dealership management to review DMV processes and procedures.
• Monitor dealer error rates, active user list, and licenses to ensure DMV compliance.
• Maintain a strong business relationship with key dealership personnel.
• Provide Vitu support via phone, chat and email as needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and proactive support to clients.
• Advocate for clients and suggest program improvements.
• Conduct compliance audits to ensure DMV EVR & RIA procedures are followed.
• Handle DMV issues and provide complex DMV guidance to clients.
• Navigate dealer DMS to ensure DMV fees are calculated correctly.
• Conduct DMV fee training in-person and via webinar.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned dealers and resolve issues swiftly.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and communicate to Sales.
