Qualifications

• Background investigation including motor vehicle record and fingerprint checks.
• Flexible schedule may be required, including early mornings, evenings, weekends; statewide travel to satellite offices.

Responsibilities

• Reviews, validates, and processes a variety of motor vehicle requests (titles, registrations, permits, licenses).
• Collects payments and manages cash drawer; processes daily deposits and receipts.
• Ensures data entry into DMV systems within mandated timelines and maintains compliance.
• Maintains confidentiality under the Driver Privacy Act and protects sensitive information.
• Assists supervisor and may mentor/train staff on processes and systems.
