Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review, validate, and process motor vehicle requests for title transfers, licenses, registrations and permits to ensure compliance within timelines.
• Handle payments and cash drawer, process deposits and issue receipts.
• Inspect documents for accuracy and authenticity, using verification systems and flag discrepancies.
• Assist the public with complex procedures, provide clear explanations and maintain a courteous DMV experience.
• Administer required tests and issue vehicle materials and supplies as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and proper disposal of sensitive information.
