Job summary

Converge Medical Technology, LLC is seeking a Sales Representative to expand access to our in-home, multidisciplinary programs for chronic pain. You will build relationships with spine surgeons, pain specialists, chiropractors and physical therapists to guide patients to our solutions.

This role covers Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas, with home visits as needed. Base pay is $60,000 with uncapped commissions, offering strong earning potential as you grow with performance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with sales experience in a related industry.
• A valid driver’s license and ability to lift 75 lbs regularly.
• Willingness to visit patients' homes as required.
• Must live in Charlotte, NC or surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales Growth by navigating VA, Workers' Compensation, DoL and PI processes to grow revenue.
• Build trusted provider relationships with spine surgeons, pain doctors, chiropractors and physical therapists.
• Develop the market by prospecting the territory and maintaining a healthy pipeline.
• Prioritize the patient by delivering devices to homes and educating on program use.
• Collaborate with sales leadership, operations and clinical teams to improve execution.
• Own territory activity, referrals and revenue; meet performance targets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
