Job summary

Converge Medical Technology in Charlotte, NC is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to expand access to life-changing treatment for veterans and injured workers. Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs regularly.
• Must be willing to go inside the patient's home.
• Must live in Charlotte NC or surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales Growth: Master VA, WC, DoL and PI processes; drive revenue growth and improve processes.
• Build Provider Relationships: Connect with spine surgeons, pain specialists, chiropractors and physical therapists.
• Develop the Market: Prospect territory for new providers and referral sources; maintain active pipeline.
• Prioritize the Patient: Deliver devices to patients' homes and educate on program use.
• Collaborate and Adapt: Work with leadership, ops and clinical teams to improve execution.
• Own Your Results: Maintain territory activity, referrals, patient volume and revenue.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
