Job summary

Converge Medical Technology, LLC. is seeking a Sales Representative to drive revenue growth by expanding access to our in-home, multidisciplinary programs.

This role involves traveling in Katy, TX and surrounding areas, building strong provider relationships, and delivering patient-centered solutions. The ideal candidate will have some college or equivalent with sales experience, a valid driver’s license, and the willingness to visit patients at home.

Qualifications

• Some College preferred or equivalent with sales experience in a related industry.
• A valid driver’s license and the ability to lift 75lbs regularly.
• Must be willing to go inside the patient's home when required.
• Must live in New Orleans, LA or surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales Growth: Master the intricacies of Veterans Administration, Workers Compensation, Department of Labor and Personal Injury processes, ensuring revenue growth beyond our objectives.
• Build Provider Relationships: Connect with spine surgeons, pain management doctors, chiropractors and physical therapists to build their trust in our products.
• Prioritize the Patient: Provide frontline patient care by delivering devices to patients' homes and educating them on the use of our innovative programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Details:

• Location: Travelling in Katy TX and surrounding area
• Pay Range: $60,000 base salary plus uncapped commission

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Sales Growth: Master the intricacies of Veterans Administration, Workers Compensation, Department of Labor and Personal Injury processes, ensuring revenue growth beyond our objectives. Adapt quickly to strategic changes and operational process improvements.Collaborate with fellow team members to exchange and implement best practices.
• Build Provider Relationships: Connect with spine surgeons, pain management doctors, chiropractors and physical therapists to build their trust in our products. Conduct in-depth meetings with providers to uncover needs and identify ideal patients for our groundbreaking solutions.
• Prioritize the Patient: Provide frontline patient care by delivering devices to patients' homes and educating them on the use of our innovative programs. Check in throughout the patient's programs to ensure they are making steady progress.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
