Quipt Home Medical, Corp. is seeking a Call Center Agent to join a fast-growing team. The role focuses on initiating billing claims, processing denials, and ensuring timely reimbursement while delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities include reviewing documentation for Medicare compliance, verifying eligibility, coding accuracy, submitting claims, and maintaining AR within 90 days. A strong work ethic and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand medical terminology.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Capacity to work independently and in a team.
• Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand medical terminology.
• Review clinical documentation for Medicare compliance.
• Verify payor source and insurance eligibility.
• Validate ICD-9/10 codes as appropriate for product dispensed.
• Apply correct modifier and HCPCS to claims.
• Submit claims using Brightree billing software.
• Reconcile billing errors daily.
• Complete CMS 1500 claim forms.
• Manage accounts receivable to maintain 90-day payments.
• Adhere to monthly closing timelines and maintain clear communication with management.
• Attend meetings and training as required by management.
