Qualifications

• Just ONE of the following: education beyond high school, or one year+ experience in receiving/purchasing, healthcare setting, or administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, track, and maintain medical equipment and supplies.
• Manage inventory and orders to ensure stock and accurate records.
• Coordinate with vendors to fulfill requests and find cost-effective solutions.
• Assist patients with equipment needs and coordinate orders.
• Process shipments and support purchasing and billing activities.
• Collaborate with a team to deliver quality patient care.
