Logan Health is seeking a Durable Medical Equipment Inventory Control Specialist to streamline receiving, warehousing, and distribution of medical supplies. You will monitor inventory levels, coordinate orders with vendors, and assist patients with equipment needs, contributing to high-quality care across our Montana communities.

Ideal candidates are organized, dependable, and detail-oriented with strong communication and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Education or vocational training beyond high school.
• At least one year of experience in receiving or purchasing.
• At least one year of experience in a healthcare setting.
• At least one year of administrative support experience.

Responsabilités

• Receive, organize, track, and maintain medical equipment and supplies.
• Manage inventory and orders to keep stocked and accurately recorded.
• Coordinate with vendors to order supplies and fulfill requests.
• Support patients by assisting with equipment needs and coordinating orders.
• Process shipments, maintain accurate records, and support purchasing and billing.
