The On-Call team, including a respiratorytherapist, is always available for emergencies after normal business hours.Schedule: PRNWhat You'll DoEducates customers on proper and safe usage of home medical equipment, ostomy, diabetic, wound care, respiratory equipment to include oxygen, small volume nebulizer. Can trouble shoot equipment problems over the phoneAccesses customer needs, measures customers for custom fit, explains safety issues. Responsible for verifying information is correctKeeps current on medicare, medicaid, and insurance payor requirements for equipment and supplies and is able to explain the coverage to customers. Calls insurance for verification as neededHandles customer complaints to resolve issuesAssists with ordering/restocking inventory.
