Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to deliver expert parts knowledge and premium customer service in a full-time capacity. You will assist DIY customers in-store and by phone, perform services, and help manage inventory while maintaining store standards.

The role requires strong communication and problem-solving abilities, familiarity with parts lookup systems, and the ability to operate POS software. ASE certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience assisting DIY customers and handling parts identification.
• Ability to operate store systems for sales and inventory management.
• Must have strong communication and accuracy in parts recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties).
