Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to deliver expert parts knowledge and exceptional service in a full-time store role. You will assist customers in selecting parts, perform DIY services, and operate store systems to support sales and inventory accuracy.

Requirements include automotive parts knowledge, strong customer service, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends. ASE certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and DIY services.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate store systems and POS.
• English proficiency; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers via visits and calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Key holder responsibilities: task assignment, safety, open/close duties.
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock.
• Store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs.
