Advance Auto Parts Inc. seeks an entry-level Salesperson to support the DIY business, help hit sales goals, and provide battery testing, wiper installs, and other basic services. The role requires familiarity with store systems, parts knowledge, and strong customer communication.

The position can be full-time or part-time, with on-site duties, some evenings/weekends, and a focus on inventory processes and safe, accurate deliveries. A positive attitude and reliable driving are essential.

Qualificações

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Ability to read safety rules, operating manuals and parts catalogs.
• Good communication skills and customer relationship focus.
• Basic automotive parts knowledge and use of store systems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in-store and over the phone.
• Hit personal sales goals and help achieve store targets.
• Perform DIY services such as battery tests and wiper installations.
• Maintain inventory and store cleanliness; conduct cycle counts and restocking.
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed and manage stocking tasks.
