Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking an entry-level Salesperson to support the DIY business and help achieve sales and service objectives.

The role requires basic automotive knowledge, store systems literacy, and the ability to source parts from various channels. The position can be part time or full time, with responsibilities including battery testing, wiper installations, inventory control, and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Basic driving and navigation ability.
• Ability to use delivery board system.
• Friendly communication.
• Operate inventory systems and store equipment.
• Parts and automotive system knowledge skills.
• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus). Read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and parts catalogs.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goal and help store achieve its sales goals.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Inventory processes including truck put away, shoot outs, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
• Store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot.
