Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Ability to read safety rules and manuals and use basic math.
• English language skills; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone inquiries.
• Achieve personal sales goals and support store targets.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation and wiper installations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and store cleanliness; assist with stocking and back-stock.
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.
