Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking an entry-level Salesperson to support the DIY business and help achieve sales and service objectives.

The role requires basic automotive knowledge, familiarity with store systems, and the ability to source parts from stores, hubs, and external suppliers. The position can be part-time or full-time, with duties including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, inventory management, and delivering parts to customers as needed.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Ability to speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Basic math skills and ability to read safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goal and help store achieve its sales goals.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Support inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
• General stocking and store cleanliness, including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot.
