The role requires basic automotive knowledge, ability to source from stores and outside suppliers, and proficiency with POS and inventory systems. Workdays include evenings and weekends, with physical demands described.

Qualifications

• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Read safety rules, manuals, parts catalogs, and procedures.
• Use basic math for calculations with whole numbers, fractions and decimals.
• Ability to work various days, evenings, and weekends as needed.
• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store reach targets.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Oversee inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, and back stock.
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.
• Keep store clean and stock shelves; general stocking and back stock.
