Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking an entry-level Salesperson to support the DIY business, deliver a friendly selling experience, and help the store meet its sales and service goals.

The role requires basic automotive knowledge, proficiency with store systems, and the ability to source parts from multiple channels. You will perform DIY services such as battery installations and wiper replacements, manage inventory, and assist with stocking and back-stock tasks.

Formación

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed.
• Basic math and ability to read safety rules, manuals and parts catalogs.
• Ability to source from stores, hubs, pdq, and external suppliers.
• English communication; Spanish a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store achieve its sales goals.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock.
