Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking an entry-level Salesperson to support the DIY business and help achieve sales and service objectives. The role requires knowledge of store systems, basic automotive parts knowledge, and the ability to source from multiple locations.

Part-time or full-time options available. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, meeting sales goals, performing battery and wiper installations, and maintaining inventory accuracy and store standards.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to provide excellent customer service in a retail setting.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and peers, both verbally and in writing.
• Basic math skills for transactions and measurements.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent selling experience for DIY customers via in-person and phone interactions.
• Meet personal sales goals and assist store in achieving overall sales targets.
• Perform DIY services and basic maintenance tasks (battery install, wiper installs, etc.).
• Maintain store product and operational standards and manage inventory processes.
