Advance Auto Parts is seeking an entry-level Salesperson to support the DIY business and help achieve our sales and service objectives. The role requires basic knowledge of store systems and parts, with the ability to source from stores, hubs, and suppliers.

You will provide DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs, maintain inventory and store standards, and work varied shifts including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed.
• Speak and write English; basic communication with customers and peers.
• Basic math skills for quotations, transactions, and inventory checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store reach its sales targets.
• Provide DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Manage inventory processes including stock, cycle counts, and back stock.
• Keep store clean and organized and safely deliver parts to customers when needed.
