This position can be part-time or full-time; safety is a priority, with training provided. Candidates should be prepared for varied shifts, including weekends, and assisting customers with batteries, wiper installs, and related services.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Basic automotive knowledge and parts familiarity.
• Ability to use store systems and POS lookup.
• English required; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone inquiries.
• Meet personal sales targets and support store sales goals.
• Deliver DIY services such as battery installations and wiper installs.
• Maintain store product and inventory standards.
• Support inventory processes including cycle counts and back stock.
