Qualifications

2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
Basic automotive parts knowledge preferred.
Ability to read safety rules and manuals and operate store systems.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone calls.
Achieve personal sales goals and help store achieve its sales goals.
Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, and wiper installs.
Maintain store inventory and operational standards.
Responsible for inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock.
