Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Strong command of English; ability to read safety rules and parts catalogs.
• Knowledge of automotive parts and basic diagnostics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store reach its targets.
• Provide DIY services such as battery installation and wiper replacements.
• Maintain store product and operational standards; manage inventory tasks like cycle counts and back stock.
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed; ensure store cleanliness and stocking.
