Qualifications

• 2-3 years of sales experience in diverse retail environments.
• Ability to read safety rules and operating manuals.
• Basic math skills for transactions and change handling.
• Ability to use store systems and inventory processes.
• English communication; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store achieve its sales goals.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.
