Qualifications

• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs, and procedure manuals.
• Use basic math accurately for transactions and inventory checks.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus; build relationships with customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in-store and by phone.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help the store reach sales targets.
• Perform DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installations.
• Maintain store product and operational standards; assist with inventory processes.
• Keep areas clean and stocked; handle loading and delivery of parts as needed.
• Safely deliver parts to customers when required.
