Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Salesperson to support the DIY business and achieve our sales and service objectives. The role requires knowledge of store systems, basic automotive parts knowledge, and the ability to source from stores, hubs, pdq, and external suppliers.

It may be part-time or full-time with DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installations. Responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, maintaining inventory, and safely handling deliveries.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Basic automotive knowledge and parts sourcing ability.
• Ability to use store inventory and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone inquiries.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help the store reach its targets.
• Provide DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs; maintain inventory standards.
