Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Salesperson to support the DIY business and achieve sales and service objectives. The role requires knowledge of store systems, basic automotive parts knowledge, and ability to source from stores, hubs, and external suppliers.

Responsibility includes handling batteries, testing, wiper installations, inventory control, and delivering parts to customers as needed. Part-time or full-time, with days/evenings/weekends as required.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed.
• Basic math skills: add/subtract/multiply/divide in all units.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in person and over the phone.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store reach overall targets.
• Offer DIY services (battery installation, testing, wiper installs).
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
