Qualifications

• Speak and write English; communicate effectively with customers, peers and management
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs
• Use basic math for transactions and inventory calculations
• Able to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in-store and on the phone
• Hit personal sales goals and assist the store in achieving its sales targets
• Perform DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs
• Maintain store inventory and operational standards
• Handle inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, and back stock
• Keep store clean and stocked; deliver parts safely to customers as needed
• Operate POS and parts lookup systems accurately
