Qualifications

• 2–3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment, providing superior customer experiences
• Basic knowledge of store systems and automotive parts
• Ability to source from stores, hubs, PDQ, and external suppliers
• Good understanding of inventory maintenance and stock procedures
• Fleet safety certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store reach its targets
• Provide DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs
• Maintain store product and operational standards
• Handle inventory processes including truck putaway, cycle counts, and back stock
• Help with store cleanliness and general stocking
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed
