Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in Eaton, OH seeks an entry-level Salesperson to support the DIY business and hit sales targets. You will use store systems with basic automotive knowledge to source parts from stores, hubs, and suppliers. Expect part-time or full-time hours, with safety certifications preferred.

You will provide DIY services, maintain inventory, and ensure cleanliness and readiness of the sales floor, while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Speak and write English; Spanish is a plus.
• Read and interpret safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Basic math: add/subtract/multiply/divide in all units.
• Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and calls.
• Meet personal and store sales goals.
• Perform DIY services like battery and wiper installs.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Handle inventory processes: truck put away, cycle counts, Back stock.
