Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to deliver expert assistance to DIY customers, with strong knowledge of parts and store systems. You will support advanced auto parts knowledge and source from multiple channels, including special orders, to maintain inventory and assist customers.

You will drive sales, perform services like battery testing and wiper installation, and uphold safety and store appearance standards while managing key holder responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.
• Experience with automotive parts and accessories.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers.
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards.
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment, safety, open/close duties).
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away and cycle counts.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs.
