Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY customer solutions, parts lookup, and store operations. The role requires strong product knowledge, sales ability, and the capacity to perform services like battery installation and wiper replacements.

You will work with a team to meet sales goals, maintain store appearance, and operate POS and inventory systems, with ASE certification preferred and a driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.
• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, and wiper installs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards.
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment, safety, open/close duties).
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away and back stock.
