Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY services and parts knowledge. You will guide customers, perform battery tests and wiper installations, and help locate parts across multiple sources. This full‑time role requires strong product knowledge and customer service.

You will be responsible for maintaining store standards, assisting in inventory, and serving as a key holder. ASE certification is preferred, and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience.
• Valid driver's license required; ASE certification preferred.
• Proven sales ability and fulfillment of customer transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties)
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
