Job summary

Advance Auto Parts seeks a Retail Parts Pro to support DIY customers with expert parts knowledge and advanced store functions. This full-time role requires hands-on automotive parts experience, a valid driver's license, and ASE certification preferred.

You will source from multiple channels, operate POS and parts lookup systems, and maintain strong customer service while meeting sales goals and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Valid driver’s license required; ASE certification preferred, but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, catalogs, and procedures; basic math and use of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Key holder responsibilities: task assignment, safety, and open/close duties.
• Assist in inventory processes and store cleanliness.
