Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY functions and store operations. This role requires expert knowledge of store systems, parts lookup, and automotive systems, with emphasis on high-quality customer service and accurate inventory handling.

3–5 years of automotive parts experience and a valid driver’s license are preferred. ASE certification is a plus, and the position offers full-time hours with diverse shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties)
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs
