Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. seeks a Retail Parts Pro for our stores. The role requires expert part knowledge, advanced automotive system understanding, and the ability to source from multiple channels including special orders. You will perform DIY services and manage inventory while maintaining high customer service standards.

3–5 years in automotive parts with strong sales ability is expected; ASE certification is preferred. Valid driver’s license is required; position is full-time and on-site.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability in a retail or fulfillment setting.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and testing.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Assist with inventory processes and back stock management.
