Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support DIY customers with expert knowledge of store systems and automotive parts. The role combines sales targets with high-quality service and accurate parts identification.

You will handle battery installations, wiper services, and other DIY tasks, while coordinating inventory and maintaining store presentation. This full-time position requires reliable scheduling across days, evenings, and weekends, with based compensation around

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience required.
• Proven sales ability with customer transactions.
• ASE P2 certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance
• Key holder responsibilities (opening/closing, safety)
