Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is hiring a Retail Parts Pro to support the DIY customer base with expert knowledge of store systems and parts. This full-time role requires strong automotive product knowledge and the ability to source from multiple channels, including special orders and second sources.

You will assist with battery tests and installations, wiper replacements, and other DIY services while maintaining inventory accuracy and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of automotive parts experience preferred.
• “ASE certification” is preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate selling experience for DIY customers in-store and over the phone.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, and wiper installs.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance plus safety.
