Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY automotive services and parts sales. The role requires expert knowledge of store systems, inventory and diagnostic equipment, with emphasis on high-quality customer service.

The candidate will perform parts lookups, operate POS systems and participate in in-store services such as battery installations and wiper replacements while meeting sales goals. Availability on diverse shifts, including weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience
• Must have a valid driver's license
• ASE certification preferred
• Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed
• Strong knowledge of store inventory and parts lookup processes

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance
• Key holder responsibilities including task assignment and safety duties
• Assist in store inventory processes including cycle counts and back stock
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, and wiper installs
