Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to deliver expert parts knowledge and superior customer service for DIY customers in a full-time role. The position emphasizes parts identification, sourcing, and advanced automotive knowledge to support sales and service objectives.

Responsibilities include assisting customers in-store and by phone, managing DIY services like battery installation and testing, and maintaining safety and inventory standards across the store.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of automotive systems and parts lookup.
• Experience in selling and handling DIY customer transactions.
• Familiarity with store inventory processes and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
