Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is hiring a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY services and parts identification. The role requires strong knowledge of automotive systems, store inventory, and customer-facing sales with the ability to source from multiple channels.

The position will focus on accurate part lookup, efficient service delivery, and maintaining safety and store standards. ASE certification is preferred but not required; valid driver's license is mandatory.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with customer transactions.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers and phone inquiries.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs; stock parts as needed.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Assume key holder responsibilities including opening/closing duties.
