Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support DIY customers with expert parts knowledge and high‑level store service. You will identify parts, source from multiple channels, and maintain strong store appearance and safety standards.

Candidates should have 3–5 years in automotive parts, strong communication skills, and be able to work a varied schedule including weekends. A valid driver’s license is required, ASE certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability and experience fulfilling customer transactions.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and DIY services.

Responsabilités

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers and phone inquiries.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installations and wiper replacements.
