Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a full-time Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY functions, with expert knowledge of store systems and automotive parts. The role emphasizes high-quality customer service, parts lookup, and test/diagnostic support for DIY customers.

The position requires 3–5 years of auto parts experience, ASE certification preferred, and flexibility for days/evenings/weekends. Benefits include health and wellness programs and employee perks.

Qualifications

3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
Valid driver’s license; ASE certification preferred.
Ability to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends.
Excellent reading comprehension and ability to interpret safety and maintenance documents.
Fluent English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and calls.
Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
Manage DIY services including battery installation and testing, wiper installs, etc.
