Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY needs with expertise in parts catalogs, store systems, and automotive knowledge. The role emphasizes high-quality customer service, accurate parts lookup, and efficient DIY service execution.

Candidates should have 3–5 years in automotive parts, a valid driver’s license, and strong selling abilities. ASE certification is preferred but not required. The position is full-time and requires flexibility in days and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong selling and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers and store visits.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installations.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Handle key holder duties including task assignment and opening/closing.
